all my life i thought I was a Gem...boy was I wrong...I started nmeeting Taurus people and I had so much in common with them so i decided to check my birth chart..turns out im in a cusp and my sun is Taurus...my moon Gem...so yeah very confusing.

im talking about eastern astrology, has anyone else discovered this? my rising remains in gemini, so that explains why ive always had gemini characteristics, but damn. my sun mercury and venus all become taurus, with western they were all in gemini. anyone else had this revelation and found how much they truly are a taurus? it suddenly explained my immense love for culture, GOOD film and musik (not mainstream crap) my stubborn clear oustpokenness and unwillingness to consider other points of view, eh, something ive worked on quite a bit, but inside, im always right X3 my love of pleasure and delicious food, relaxing, enjoying myself, not ambitious or concerned about the future like some. okay, maybe thats going a bit too deep and has more to do with the details of my chart, but....yeah i love having several planets in taurus, i think that people need to realize we are awesome, not boring or stodgy at all! also a real appreciation for and connection with the earth, maybe that also fits for other tauruses. very human. also taurus as the archetype of the toddler, aries being baby, gemini young child, cancer adolescent... hence why often tauruses are shy, and can be a bit awkward before they find themselves, toddlers go through very awkward stages and are just learning to refine emotions and social situations as the geminis do so naturally. and of course beauty is associated with this sign, venus, and the neck is ruled by taurus--i find that the first place where i have pain is my neck, when stressed, anyone else? and my own finding, honesty. tauruses are often honest in the least to themselves, and strive to be toward others. and manners, respect, though other factors in my chart make me prone to arguments and criticism, heh. i think the flip side of the polite shy taurus, is when the bull comes out, and can be very rude and wild, giving way to the repressed parts of the persona, or the shadow side. obsession too, scorpio is opposite taurus, taurus`s seemingly natural easygoing manner can give way to intense emotions that would rather not be shown, unless ones chart is aspected like mine XD
